Based in Los Angeles, Ellay Pizza brings the authentic flavors of Neapolitan pizza to the West Coast, inspired by their friends and master pizzaioli Alessio Lacco and famous YouTuber Vito Iacopelli. Karen has also collaborated with Vito Iacopelli at the Pizzeria Prova in West Hollywood.

With a deep passion for traditional Italian pizza, Karen stays connected to the best pizzaioli in Italy through frequent visits to Naples and participation in top pizza expos, ensuring the highest quality and authenticity for every pie.

Ellay Pizza now offers a new catering service that brings the delicious, freshly made Neapolitan pizzas to your backyard by making and cooking the pizzas directly at your home.
