Karen is a talented and determined pizza chef of Sicilian origins, with a passion for cooking and creating delicious pizzas. She began her career at the early age of 17, quickly rising to become the manager of a thriving pizzeria in the heart of Ancona (ITALY). In 2016, she won the green card through the diversity lottery, and in 2017, she bravely ventured to the United States to follow her dreams.
