Good morning! Today, I am excited to share with you the reason why I decided to bring Neapolitan pizza to the United States and create a successful business in Los Angeles. As an Italian chef, I have prepared and tasted many variations of pizza, but ultimately, I chose Neapolitan pizza for several reasons that I would like to explain.
It's incredibly important to me to contribute to the spread of Italian culture in every aspect, but especially in the culinary world. Cooking has been a passion of mine and my family for generations, and I am proud to continue the tradition by sharing the authentic taste of Italy with my customers.
