Bringing the Authentic Taste of Neapolitan Pizza to the United States

Good morning! Today, I am excited to share with you the reason why I decided to bring Neapolitan pizza to the United States and create a successful business in Los Angeles. As an Italian chef, I have prepared and tasted many variations of pizza, but ultimately, I chose Neapolitan pizza for several reasons that I would like to explain.

Neapolitan pizza represents my country of origin and has played a fundamental role in Italian culture for centuries. It's a dish that can be enjoyed with friends and family, and making it is a fun and engaging experience. This is why I decided to bring the authentic taste of Neapolitan pizza to the United States.

My passion for the city of Naples, famous for its unique culinary history, inspired me to introduce true Neapolitan pizza to the American public. Naples' vibrant and essential lifestyle is reflected in its food, and I want to proudly share this experience with my customers.

The basic simplicity of Neapolitan pizza, both in base and toppings, was a crucial factor in my decision. However, the difference between a mediocre pizza and a perfect one lies only in the skills and specialization of the pizza maker. During all stages of preparation, I am able to express my creativity, and when someone compliments me on my pizzas, I feel appreciated like an artist being recognized for his painting.

My goal,

Is to recreate for my customers an experience as close as possible to the unique experience a tourist can have when ordering a pizza while sitting at a table in one of the fantastic alleys of Naples. To achieve this, every morning before an event, I personally select each ingredient, always choosing what comes closest to the true smell and taste of the ingredients I could have bought in Italy. I follow the entire dough-making process step by step, respecting the Neapolitan tradition in every part, to obtain a product that respects all the canons of Neapolitan tradition.

It's incredibly important to me to contribute to the spread of Italian culture in every aspect, but especially in the culinary world. Cooking has been a passion of mine and my family for generations, and I am proud to continue the tradition by sharing the authentic taste of Italy with my customers.
